These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This provision governs website use and does not modify any dispute-resolution terms in a signed advisory agreement, which control as to advisory services.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this site. You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
