Privacy Policy.
Last updated: September 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Redemptive Wealth Management, LLC ("Redemptive Wealth," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you visit this website, submit information through it, or engage us for advisory services. We are a registered investment adviser, and safeguarding the information our clients entrust to us is central to how we operate. This site is operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. audiences.
1. Information we collect
When you submit one of our forms — the contact form on our Connect page or the newsletter signup in our footer — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. These forms are hosted and processed by GoHighLevel, our client relationship and communications platform. We also receive whatever you choose to send us directly by email or tell us by phone.
In the course of providing advisory services, we collect the nonpublic personal information needed to advise you — which may include information from account applications and agreements, such as your address, Social Security or tax identification number, assets, income, investment objectives, and financial circumstances, along with information about your transactions and holdings with us and with custodians and other financial institutions.
This website does not run analytics or advertising trackers. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or advertising pixels on this site.
2. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, to determine whether our services fit your circumstances, to deliver and administer advisory services, and to send communications you have asked for, including our newsletter. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time.
3. We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
4. When we share information
We disclose nonpublic personal information only as needed to serve you and as permitted or required by law. In practice, that means sharing with:
- Service providers that make our work and this website function — principally GoHighLevel, which processes our forms, client records, and email delivery.
- Custodians, broker-dealers, and other financial institutions that hold or service your accounts, where sharing is necessary to carry out your instructions or our engagement.
- Professionals you ask us to coordinate with, such as your accountant or attorney.
- Regulators, auditors, and others where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or regulatory examination.
These providers are engaged to process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it and use it only for the purposes we have agreed.
5. Cookies and embedded content
Our forms are embedded from GoHighLevel and may set cookies necessary for the form to function. Our Connect page embeds a Google Map, and our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts; in both cases Google receives your IP address in order to serve that content. Our social media links take you to third-party platforms that operate under their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how parts of this site work.
6. Data retention
We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide and document our services, and to meet the recordkeeping obligations that apply to investment advisers, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Security
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards intended to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to those who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive details through the website forms or by unencrypted email.
8. Former clients
If you close your accounts or your relationship with us ends, we continue to handle your information under the practices described in this policy.
9. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Your choices
You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, and you may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request a correction. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information; tell us what you need and we will work with you.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
